declaro: 1) Que estoy de acuerdo con todas las normas, reglamentos
e instrucciones del evento. 2) Encontrarme preparado y en buen estado
de salud, sin ningún tipo de impedimento médico, por
lo tanto, en mi nombre, en el de mis herederos, y albaceas, relevo
de toda responsabilidad a la organización de la Media Maratón
de Guatavita - Club Olimpus, comité, directores, miembros,
voluntarios, empleados, colaboradores, entidades municipales y patrocinadores,
o a sus representantes, etc, de cualquier reclamación que pudiera
surgir con motivo de alguna lesión, accidente que pueda sufrir
durante el evento y de sus actividades relacionadas o por negligencia
de la organización, comité, directores, miembros, voluntarios,
colaboradores, entidades municipales y patrocinadores.
I am participating at my own
risk and waive all claims of every nature against the organizers,
officials, sponsors, and any other participating agencies with respect
to any personal loss, illness, bodily injury or death resulting from
participating in these activities. I also fully understand the rigors
of such competition and have prepared myself physically for the race.
At the time of registration, I will inform the race organizers regarding
any relevant medical condition. I agree to follow the rules which
govern road racing. I, the undersigned, have read the above waiver
and release, and understand that I have given up substantial rights
by signing it, and sign it voluntarily.
The registrant acknowledges
that Half Marathon Organizer and Club Olimpus has no responsibility for
the operation of the Guatavita Half Marathon and associated races and is
only acting as an agent to register applicants who wish to participate
in the Guatavita Half Marathon - Alcaldía de Guatavita and associated races. Accordingly, the registrant
agrees to hold Half Marathon Organizer and Club Olimpus and its agents
harmless from any liability or injury resulting from the I Guatavita Half Marathon Club Olimpus - Alcaldía de Guatavita and associated races. Furthermore, the registrant agrees
that it shall have no claim against Half Marathon Organizer and Club Olimpus
for any injury that may occur during the Guatavia Half Marathon Club Olimpus and associated races. The individual event operators and sponsors
have provided information included in this site and Half Marathon Organizer
and Club Olimpus does not verify the accuracy or completeness thereof.
All confirmed orders are final once payment is submitted. Half Marathon
Organizer and Club Olimpus does not issue refunds.
