declaro: 1) Que estoy de acuerdo con todas las normas, reglamentos
e instrucciones del evento que se anuncia arriba. 2) Encontrarme preparado y en buen estado
de salud, sin ningún tipo de impedimento médico, por
lo tanto, en mi nombre, en el de mis herederos, y albaceas, relevo
de toda responsabilidad a la organización del evento anunciado arriba - Club Olimpus, comité, directores, miembros,
voluntarios, empleados, colaboradores, entidades municipales y patrocinadores,
o a sus representantes, etc, de cualquier reclamación que pudiera
surgir con motivo de alguna lesión, accidente que pueda sufrir
durante el evento y de sus actividades relacionadas o por negligencia
de la organización, comité, directores, miembros, voluntarios,
colaboradores, entidades municipales y patrocinadores.
I am participating at my own
risk and waive all claims of every nature against the organizers,
officials, sponsors, and any other participating agencies with respect
to any personal loss, illness, bodily injury or death resulting from
participating in these activities. I also fully understand the rigors
of such competition and have prepared myself physically for the race.
At the time of registration, I will inform the race organizers regarding
any relevant medical condition. I agree to follow the rules which
govern road racing. I, the undersigned, have read the above waiver
and release, and understand that I have given up substantial rights
by signing it, and sign it voluntarily.
The registrant acknowledges
that the event announced at the top of this page Organizer and Club Olimpus has no responsibility for
the operation of the race announced at the top of this page - Club Olimpus and associated races and is
only acting as an agent to register applicants who wish to participate
in the event - Club Olimpus and associated races. Accordingly, the registrant
agrees to hold race Organizer and Club Olimpus and its agents
harmless from any liability or injury resulting from the event - Club Olimpus and associated races. Furthermore, the registrant agrees
that it shall have no claim against event - Club Olimpus Organizer and Club Olimpus
for any injury that may occur during the event - Club Olimpus and associated races. The individual event operators and sponsors
have provided information included in this site and event Organizer
and Club Olimpus does not verify the accuracy or completeness thereof.
All confirmed orders are final once payment is submitted. Event
Organizer and Club Olimpus does not issue refunds.
